Job Title: Business Development Manager US Staffing (Tier1 Vendors / Implementation Partners / Direct Clients) Location: Noida Experience: 7 - 12 Years Shift: US Shift (7pm IST - 4am IST) Industry: US IT Staffing Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in US Staffing and prior hands-on experience in Delivery Management . The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with Tier 1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients , along with the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring high-quality recruitment delivery. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance business acquisition with strong delivery oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new Tier 1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients in the US market. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. Negotiate MSAs, rate cards, NDAs, and contractual agreements.
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts. Create and execute strategic account penetration plans. Delivery Management & Operations: Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery for US IT requirements.
Lead and manage recruitment teams to ensure timely submissions and closures. Monitor KPIs including submission ratio, interview-to-offer ratio, and fill rates. Ensure compliance with US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099, Corp-to-Corp).
Manage escalations and ensure high client satisfaction. Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts. Conduct regular client reviews and performance discussions.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and documentation processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in US IT Staffing .
Proven experience working with Tier 1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients . Prior experience as a Delivery Manager / Account Manager handling recruitment teams. Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience working on MSP/VMS platforms. Strong understanding of US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC). Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work in US time zones. Education: Bachelors Degree
