Growing South Miami insurance agency focusing on middle market commercial business accounts is hiring a Commercial Account Manager /Account Executive to join their team. This person will provide strategic coordination of the accounts, managing a large book of commercial business, resolving complex client service needs, marketing accounts, handling retention and assisting Producers with new business opportunity.
 
Responsibilities includes:
 

• Work with Producers and existing clients, managing relationships of commercial accounts to ensure retention and growth of the book of business.
• Manage new, renewals and marketing business.  Research trends, review strategies with clients on markets and best available carriers to place accounts.
• Manage submission, initiate renewals, prepare proposals for new and renewal business, including binding, invoicing and preparing other documentation.
• Qualified candidates should have 7+ years of insurance experience, with the ability to attend meetings as needed and take ownership of your desk.
• High level of complex commercial insurance coverage knowledge.

  Bilingual in Spanish and a degree a plus.
   

This is a high touch office, taking care of customers and looking for someone that will roll up their sleeves and jump in to help the team.
