Youâll serve as the trusted advisor for existing accounts â ensuring service excellence while strategically identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and increase value. By focusing on retention and upselling, youâll help transform strong partnerships into longâterm growth.
Duties
Client Relationship & Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, delivering consistent communication and responsive support.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and proactively resolve issues to maintain high client satisfaction.
- Build trust with decisionâmakers and stakeholders, positioning 1st Choice as a longâterm strategic partner.
Upselling & Account Growth
- Identify and execute upselling and crossâselling opportunities within existing accounts to expand service lines and increase revenue.
- Develop tailored account growth strategies that align client needs with 1st Choiceâs staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on renewal negotiations, expansions, and multiâyear agreements.
- Partner with recruiters to ensure talent solutions are aligned with client expectations and future demands.
- Share account insights and market intelligence with the recruiting team to stay ahead of client needs.
- Leverage ATS, CRM, and reporting tools to track account performance and forecast growth opportunities.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in account management or customer success in government contracting or staffing.
- Proven ability to upsell and expand accounts while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and Microsoft Office, with a dataâinformed approach to decisions.
