We are looking for a senior Project & Programme Management (PJM) professional to act as the overall SPOC for PJM across for one of our largest global banking clients account in EMEA and APAC.
The role will provide senior oversight across Principal Projects (turnkey) in EMEA and agency-led projects in APAC, ensuring a consistent, high-quality approach to project delivery across the region. This is a high-profile account leadership role for someone who can bring together PJM delivery across EMEA and APAC and act as a trusted senior partner to our client
You will also provide leadership and direction to three key on-account positions:
- Construction Management Lead - India
- Construction Management Lead - Philippines
- Construction Process & Quality Lead - EMEA/APAC
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the senior PJM point of contact for the client across EMEA and APAC.
- Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and governance across the regional PJM portfolio.
- Lead and support the three on-account construction/process leaders.
- Drive consistency across project delivery, governance, processes and quality.
- Provide senior escalation and support on complex projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery and strengthen the client relationship.
- Work closely with regional teams across EMEA, India and APAC to share best practice and drive a joined-up approach.
About You
- Senior Project / Programme Management experience within commercial real estate, construction or corporate real estate.
- Experience managing complex, multi-country portfolios.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams or senior project professionals.
- Strong understanding of project governance, construction delivery and quality.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience within financial services or another complex corporate environment is desirable.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
- Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
