Role Description:

Our client is looking for a people and client-first Account Lead to take charge of a prestigious estate in the heart of London - right next to Paddington Station.

This is a site-based role, Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week (typically 08:00-17:00). Flexibility is key, as occasional evening cover may be required.

You will be responsible for managing a £2M contract, overseeing a team of around 30 staff, and ensuring operational excellence across services to include cleaning, waste and vertical cleaning. Experience of managing these services are essntial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of daily office cleaning, window cleaning, waste management, and external cleaning services.
• Manage budgets, P&L, and financial reporting with a sharp commercial focus.
• Drive health & safety standards across all operations.
• Inspire and support your team with strong leadership and people management skills.
• Work collaboratively with the client, getting involved in staff activities and social events to foster a positive, engaged workplace culture.
• Line manage an Operations Manager, ensuring all KPIs and service levels are met or exceeded.

• Proven experience managing cleaning operations for contracts worth £1M+
