Role Description The Account Executive will manage customer accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and support the growth of domestic and export business for Sagar Synthetics. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, monitoring deliveries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. The role involves close collaboration with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order processing and smooth communication across departments.

The Account Executive will also identify new business opportunities, assist in negotiations, and prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gorakhpur.

• Candidates should possess strong account management and customer relationship skills, including follow-up, negotiation, and client servicing.
• Candidates should possess business development and sales skills, such as lead generation, opportunity identification, and closing deals in B2B environments.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• B.com graduate is compulsory
