Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in statutory compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
• Maintain and reconcile ledgers, bank accounts, and vendor/customer accounts.
• Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documentation.
• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Support preparation of MIS reports and other financial statements.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
• Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP/accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred

• Experience in a corporate environment.
• B.Com/M.Com
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel functions.
