Overview

As an Accommodation Strategic Partnership Specialist in the Accommodation Supply team, you will drive growth by onboarding and optimizing hotel chain partnerships across Odigeo sites. You’ll work closely with Partnerships Managers to activate inventory, maintain high content standards, and enhance pricing and availability. You will nurture relationships to maximize marketing and distribution potential, aligning with our Prime-driven, AI-enhanced platform.

• Achieve assigned sales volume targets and strategic business objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships at hotel and chain level with Managers
• Ensure content optimization, rate competitiveness, and availability on all Odigeo sites
• Secure and upload additional inventory during peak demand periods
• Negotiate and implement promotional offers to support merchandising and marketing initiatives
• Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to ensure best prices and content
• Contribute to technological advancements by proposing new tools and testing implementations

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a strong background in the hospitality industry
• Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills: team player, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven
• Ability to generate ideas and multitask effectively
• Excellent written and oral English (mandatory); other European languages welcome
• Solid understanding of yield and revenue management with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and efficiency
• Good motivational skills and appetite for learning
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
