Position Details

Job Title: Academic Counsellor – Fresher

Department: Admissions / Sales

Location: Hyderabad – Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: FRESHERS ONLY – 0 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Qualification: MBA – Any Specialization (Mandatory)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Shift: Day Shift

Joining: Immediate / Within 15 Days

Fixed CTC: Up to ₹5,00,000 LPA + Variable Incentives

• MBA qualification is mandatory.
• ONLY FRESHERS CAN APPLY.
• Candidates with any prior full-time work experience are NOT eligible.

• This position is specifically created for MBA graduates starting their first professional career.
• Candidates must be willing to work from our Hyderabad office.
• Strong communication skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through calls and messages.
• Understand students' career goals and educational requirements.
• Counsel students about VLSI and Semiconductor career opportunities.
• Explain program details, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
• Provide a professional and student-focused counselling experience.

Salary

Fixed CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Variable Incentives

The maximum fixed salary budget for this position is ₹5 LPA.

We completely respect candidates who have higher salary expectations. However, as the approved salary range for this fresher position is capped at ₹5 LPA fixed, candidates expecting a higher fixed CTC are kindly requested not to apply.
