Job Description

We are #hiring for a leading NGO! Key Responsibilities 1. Curriculum Strategy & Architecture Lead the design and long-term vision of the organization's curriculum across: STEM Programs Education Pathways AI & Robotics Initiatives Teacher Training Programs Fellowship Learning Journeys Build learning progression frameworks across grade bands and learner segments.

Define curriculum standards, learning competencies, and pedagogical principles. Ensure coherence across multiple program models and geographies. 2. Pedagogical Leadership Serve as the organization's pedagogy lead, ensuring all programs are grounded in strong learning science and classroom practice.

Drive the integration of: Inquiry-Based Learning Project-Based Learning (PBL) Experiential Learning Effective Pedagogical Practices Formative Assessment & Reflection Define the non-negotiables for high-quality learning experiences. 3. Teacher & Facilitator Learning Design Lead the design and development of: Teacher Guides Facilitation Manuals Lesson Plans & Learning Flows Reflection Frameworks Classroom Observation Rubrics Ensure all learning materials are practical, low-resource, and easy for teachers to implement independently. 4. Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement Build systems for continuous curriculum improvement.

Use classroom observations, teacher feedback, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) insights to inform curriculum revisions. Define learning quality metrics and content review frameworks. Institutionalize curriculum review cycles across programs and states. 5.

Team Leadership & Capability Building Lead and mentor curriculum associates, instructional designers, and content development teams. Build strong review and feedback systems for internal teams. Coach teams on pedagogy, curriculum writing, and teacher-centered design.

Develop internal curriculum processes and documentation systems. 6. Cross-functional Leadership Collaborate closely with: Program Teams Product & Technology Teams Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Field Implementation Teams Government & Ecosystem Partners to ensure curriculum quality, contextual relevance, and effective implementation at scale. Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Has a deep understanding of learning design at scale.

Has led curriculum teams and large curriculum systems. Enjoys translating pedagogy into scalable systems and processes. Can balance strategic vision with classroom-level implementation.

Is passionate about building curriculum for public education systems and creating large-scale impact. Qualifications Must Have 8โ€“10+ years of experience in curriculum leadership, pedagogy, instructional design, and teacher education. Strong expertise in STEM education, Maker Education, Experiential Learning, and Project-Based/Inquiry-Based Learning.

Proven experience leading curriculum teams and curriculum systems. Excellent writing, structuring, and content review skills. Preferred Experience working with government schools and public education systems.

Exposure to AI, Robotics, and Technology-enabled Learning. Experience developing curriculum across multiple states.
