As a Customer Service Planner at Rheinmetall Canada, you will benefit from a dynamic and human work environment that values teamwork, leadership, and surpassing oneself. Your main mandate will be to follow up with customers on projects for which you will be the main after-sales service point of contact.

The main responsibilities of this position:

• Respond to and process customer requests and new orders within the required timeframes.
• Establish and maintain a privileged contact on all customer projects and ensure internal and external follow-up until their completion.
• Coordinate with the various internal stakeholders the implementation of contracts, terms, and annual orders.
• Produce shipping orders for repairs and spare parts.
• Internal repair follow-up.
• Prepare monthly reports.

Work in close collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.

The qualifications you should possess:

• Hold a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in customer service in an industrial environment.
• Master Microsoft Excel.
• Show resourcefulness, have attention to detail, and possess great interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Master French and English (spoken and written) *.

*Rheinmetall Canada's clients and partners are mostly from outside Quebec, as is its subsidiary Rheinmetall Provectus which is based in Ontario.

Assets:

• Knowledge of SAP®.
