About the Company
An innovative international technology company is looking for an Inventory & Warehouse Control Specialist to strengthen its Supply Chain team.
About the Role
This position is responsible for ensuring the traceability, accuracy, and availability of inventory across multiple third-party logistics providers and supplier warehouses. You'll manage technical consumables and operational assets while working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support business continuity.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory traceability across 3PLs and supplier warehouses.
- Control technical consumables including prepregs, honeycomb, Kapton, adhesives, VDA, and other production materials.
- Maintain visibility of company assets such as molds, fixtures, and tooling.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Support operational planning by ensuring material availability.
- Monitor inventory KPIs and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience working with 3PL providers.
- Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: €32,000–€35,000 gross per year
