3D Stall Designer

Job Description: 3D Designer – Exhibition Stall Design Position - 3D Designer – Exhibition Stall Design Industry -Exhibitions, Trade Shows, Events, Experiential Marketing Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to conceptualize and develop innovative exhibition stall, trade show booth, and event space designs. The candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling 3D concepts, renderings, technical drawings, and production-ready designs that align with client branding and event objectives. Key Responsibilities • Design creative exhibition stalls, trade show booths, pavilions, kiosks, and experiential spaces. • Develop 3D concepts, layouts, and realistic renderings based on client briefs. • Create detailed working drawings, production drawings, and fabrication layouts. • Collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams to ensure design feasibility. • Prepare presentation materials and design proposals for client pitches. • Incorporate branding, graphics, lighting, furniture, and AV elements into stall designs. • Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements. • Ensure designs comply with venue regulations, safety standards, and exhibition guidelines. • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and installation teams during project execution. • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and exhibition design innovations.

Required Skills • Strong creative visualization and conceptual design skills. • Excellent knowledge of exhibition and booth design principles. • Ability to interpret client requirements and convert them into engaging 3D designs. • Good understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and construction techniques. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Software Proficiency • Autodesk 3ds Max • AutoCAD • SketchUp • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator Preferred Experience • 2–5 years of experience in exhibition stall design, event design, retail design, or interior design. • Experience designing custom-built exhibition booths and trade show environments. • Knowledge of fabrication drawings and production processes. • Experience working with exhibition agencies, event management companies, or stall fabrication firms. • Portfolio demonstrating exhibition stall and event design projects. Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Exhibition Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
