The Opportunity: We're looking for dedicated 1st Shift Forklift Operators (Sit-Down Forklift) to join our dynamic team!
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:30 PM Work 38.5 hours and get paid for 40! Occasional overtime may be required. What You'll Do: As a key player in our operations, you'll: Stage completed pallets for shipment at dock doors.
Load finished pallets onto designated trailers. Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and in pristine condition. Utilize RF scanning technology to streamline order selection.
Keep work areas clean and organized to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with plant management and contribute to operational success. Important Notes: PLEASE READ Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.
No sit-down forklift experience? Please don't apply. Stable employment record preferred.

Requirements What You Bring to the Table: Experience: 1-2 years as a Sit-Down Forklift Operator (cherry pickers / pallet jacks / reach trucks don't count).
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse operations. Proficiency in RF scanning equipment.
Excellent math, reading, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
