V IDEO CONFERENCING ASSISTANT

Fall 2026 Semester

The First Nations University of Canada is looking for qualified Video Conference Assistants for the times and dates listed below.

Duties and Qualifications:

  • Applicants have to be located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and be able to attend class times in person.
  • Post-secondary education is required.
  • Superior communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Excellent Organizational Skills
  • Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to detail and compliance with reporting requirements;

Responsibilities:

  • Set up video-conference equipment as needed.
  • Consult with the instructor on academic or student related matters as needed;
  • Print exams and any course materials as required by the instructor
  • Invigilate students during exams and other course work;
  • Maintain a positive learning environment in the classroom;
