Overview Aircraft Structural Dynamics Engineer Location: Montreal, Quebec or Toronto, Ontario, Canada; United States (multiple locations) Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and eligible to obtain Canadian Controlled Goods (CGD) clearance OR the United States Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace specialization Master's degree preferred Relevant aerospace industry experience Experience with aeroelasticity and aeroservoelasticity analysis Experience performing aeroelastic and aeroservoelastic simulations Experience developing and maintaining finite element models Experience with finite element analysis Experience with Nastran preferred Knowledge of aircraft structures, aerodynamics, control surface actuations, and control laws Experience with dynamic system stability analysis and frequency response calculations Experience supporting ground vibration testing (GVT) and flight flutter testing (FFT) Experience documenting engineering analyses and certification reports Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting engineering software and analysis methods Programming experience in one or more of the following: MATLAB, Python, Fortran, C/C++ Knowledge of airworthiness regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and project planning skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Strong written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English and French Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
