We are a growing multi-location healthcare organization looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role that sits at the heart of our day‑to‑day financial operations from payroll and vendor payments to month‑end close and contractor reporting. About the Role Manage the full month‑end close process in QuickBooks Online across 12+ locations. Responsibilities Reconcile and monitor bank accounts daily; prepare daily cash flow summaries for ownership Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports for ownership Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management initiatives Run bi‑weekly payroll through ADP, including employee reimbursements Manage accounts payable and process vendor payments Process monthly contractor payments to independent physician contractors based on clinic billings Calculate and process monthly commissions Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role Post secondary education in a related field is an asset Hands‑on experience with ADP payroll processing Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple recurring deadlines Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload Experience in a healthcare or multi‑site environment is a definite asset Precise, polished, and accountable Required Skills Finance and accounting expertise Proficiency in QuickBooks Online ADP payroll processing experience Strong organizational skills Preferred Skills Experience in a healthcare or multi‑site environment Pay range and compensation package This is a full‑time, in‑person role, and compensation will be commensurate with experience. This is a newly created role.
