Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid and organic acquisition channels. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of hands-on experience across SEM and SEO, with a proven track record of developing channel strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and driving measurable business growth. This role requires expertise in managing and improving performance across major advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads, along with proficiency in analytics, reporting, and optimization tools.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business objectives into high-impact marketing initiatives. The Performance Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping acquisition strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring marketing investments deliver maximum return. Candidates who do not meet the minimum experience requirement will not be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and continuously manage SEM and SEO strategies aligned with quarterly business objectives and growth targets. Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels. Analyze campaign, channel, and audience performance to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and drive customer acquisition.

Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, audience segments, bidding strategies, and user journeys to improve overall marketing performance. Own and manage paid media budgets, monitor daily spend, and make data-driven adjustments to bids, targeting, creative assets, and campaign strategies. Create and present regular performance reports, insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Analytics, Operations, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives and business objectives. Partner with SEO, Content, CRM, Product Marketing, and Design teams to develop integrated marketing strategies that support acquisition, engagement, and revenue goals. Identify emerging opportunities across search, social, and performance marketing channels, and proactively recommend new initiatives to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Stay current on AI-driven developments across search, advertising, and marketing platforms, and develop strategies to improve visibility and performance within evolving AI-powered experiences and search results. Leverage AI-powered tools, automation, audience modeling, bidding solutions, and workflow efficiencies to enhance campaign performance, personalization, and operational productivity. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage and continuously improve channel performance.

Assessment & Interview Expectations : Candidates should be prepared to provide detailed examples of performance marketing campaigns, initiatives, or projects they have directly led and managed. Candidates may be asked to discuss campaign structure, optimization methodologies, budget management approaches, and performance measurement frameworks. Candidates may also be required to design and present sample marketing campaigns, demonstrating their strategic thinking, channel expertise, measurement plan, and expected outcomes Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM and performance marketing campaigns Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and campaign optimization Working knowledge of SEO principles, analytics platforms, conversion tracking, and performance measurement frameworks.
