Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Distribution Channel Manager role based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Distribution Channel Manager will oversee day-to-day channel operations, including managing distribution partners, monitoring inventory flow, and ensuring timely product availability across assigned territories.

The role involves developing and executing channel sales plans, tracking sales performance, and identifying opportunities to expand or optimize the partner network. The Distribution Channel Manager will work closely with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to align channel activities with business objectives and resolve partner issues promptly. The position also includes regular market visits, partner reviews, and reporting on channel performance, risks, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications Strong experience in Distribution Channel Management and working with Channel Partners to drive market coverage and product availability. Proven ability in Channel Sales and Sales execution, including meeting targets, pipeline management, and performance tracking. Skills in Business Planning, including forecasting, territory planning, and aligning channel strategies with overall business goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external partners. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using spreadsheets or CRM tools to monitor channel performance and generate reports. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience in a distribution-led or FMCG/industrial/consumer products environment is preferred. Ability to work on-site, conduct regular market visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
