Project Description: The IBM MQ Developer/Admin is responsible for configuring, maintaining, supporting & troubleshooting message-based integration solutions using IBM MQ and related middleware technologies. The role focuses on system-to-system integration across distributed enterprise environments including mainframe. Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain IBM MQ-based messaging solutions including queue managers, queues, channels, and listeners, cluster environments, certificate management .Manage and administer MQ components including queue managers, queues, channels, listeners, topics, and subscription sMonitor MQ environments to ensure message flow, availability, and system health, and proactively address issue sPerform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for MQ incidents such as stuck messages, performance degradation, and connectivity failure sExpertise in Mainframe Z/OS , structure and libraries, logs troubleshootin gDevelop and support message flows, integrations, and transformations using IBM MQ, IIB/ACE, Java, XML, and related technologie sCollaborate with application, infrastructure, and architecture teams to integrate MQ with downstream and upstream systems (Microsoft D365, mainframe Z/OS, clusters, distributed apps, cloud platforms )8.
