Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central Consultant to join our Application Managed Services (AMS) team. This role focuses on ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a strong emphasis on Employee Central, ensuring system stability, data integrity, and continuous improvement of HR processes. Key Responsibilities Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on Employee Central modules.
Manage incident, service request, and problem tickets in line with SLAs and AMS support processes. Configure and maintain Employee Central (EC) components including workflows, business rules, data models, and position management. Support data imports, integrations, and interface monitoring (e.g., SAP CPI/Integration Center).
Perform system monitoring, validation, and periodic health checks to ensure data consistency and system stability. Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver enhancements, releases, and continuous improvements. Skills and Attributes Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within diverse technical teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field. Approximately 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central.
Experience working in Application Managed Services (AMS), Production Support, or HRIS support environments. Hands‑on experience with configuration (business rules, workflows, role‑based permissions). Preferred Qualifications SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
Experience with additional modules such as Time Off, Recruiting, or Performance & Goals.
