Job Description
Position Summary: Enable and execute enterprise-wide culture, experience, and engagement initiatives. Own defined workstreams across content, digital platforms, and culture solutions (e.g., People Week), ensuring they are well-governed, scalable, and launch‑ready for global audiences. Translate strategy, external trends, and leadership direction into clear content, tools, tactics, and processes that foster belonging, appreciation, and alignment with company values.
Support change and adoption through structure, clarity, and follow‑through across cross‑functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute enterprise culture and engagement workstreams with end‑to‑end day‑to‑day planning, coordination, and delivery. Manage culture‑related content and tools (agendas, session content, visuals, templates) for consistency, quality, and readiness.
Identify and implement practical, scalable ideas to drive employee engagement and participation. Monitor external culture/engagement trends and translate them into actionable internal applications. Enable delivery of culture/engagement solutions across digital platforms (e.g., Cvent, SharePoint, myBMS).
Partner with IT and vendors to support content builds, translations, on‑demand assets, and platform requirements. Establish/manage content workflows, timelines, and dependencies; proactively identify risks/gaps. Ensure platforms meet access, naming, and visibility standards.
Support development and execution of change management approaches; manage change plans aligned to business goals and employee experience outcomes. Serve as central enablement/coordination partner across Corporate Affairs, Learning, Events, IT, PBRGs, and site teams; translate direction into clear instructions and timelines. Facilitate working sessions, office hours, and touchpoints; elevate risks/issues with recommended options.
Support global readiness and scale, including translation coordination and localization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated experience leading enterprise culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives with accountability for end‑to‑end execution. Strong operational ownership mindset; manage workstreams from concept through launch (run of show, content readiness, digital publishing, launch governance).
Proven project or program management skills in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with multiple interdependent workstreams. Advanced digital experience enablement, including ownership of enterprise platforms (event platforms, SharePoint, Teams, internal hubs), content workflows, and IT/vendor dependencies. Excellent judgment and content curation (assess, simplify, retire, or refine content).
Strong change and adoption orientation; translate complex initiatives into simple, actionable tools and experiences. Ability to produce executive‑ready materials (decks, toolkits, templates, communications) with high polish and clarity. Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into recommendations and continuous improvement actions.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and collaboration across functions and senior leaders. Experience supporting global, virtual, hybrid, and enterprise initiatives and localization. Growth mindset and passion for inclusion, belonging, and meaningful employee experiences.
Compensation Overview (if applicable): Princeton, NJ, US: $116,030 - $140,595 (additional incentives may be available; final compensation based on experience).
