\n Hays has partnered with a large Queensland Government department to appoint an experienced AO3 Customer Service Officer. This team provides essential corporate systems and payroll support across a complex, statewide operating environment.
**Your new role******
\n Working within a high-volume service desk and contact centre, you will provide responsive customer and systems support to internal users. Your responsibilities will include:

\n \n 
- Managing enquiries received by phone and email\n 
- Completing user access administration and identity verification\n 
- Assessing, prioritising and escalating customer requests\n 
- Recording incidents and requests\n 
- Liaising with payroll and rostering users to resolve enquiries\n 
- Providing clear updates on incidents and service requests\n 
- Maintaining accurate records and activity reports\n 
- Meeting service standards, performance targets and deadlines\n 
- Supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction\n

**What you'll need to succeed**

\nTo be successful, you will demonstrate:\n
\n \n 
- Experience managing high volumes of inbound enquiries\n 
- Customer service, contact centre or help desk experience\n 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills\n 
- The ability to gather information and explain complex matters clearly\n 
- Excellent accuracy, organisation and attention to detail\n 
- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment\n 
- A strong commitment to delivering quality customer service\n Experience with payroll, rostering, user access administration or service management systems will be highly regarded.\n
