**Your New Role*****You will be responsible for:*\n
\n \n 
- Administering the deployment of Frontline Learning programs via the Agency’s Learning Management System (LEAP), including scheduling facilitated modules.\n 
- Managing course logistics such as registrations, enrolments, cancellations, accommodation, and travel arrangements.\n 
- Responding to stakeholder queries and maintaining learning process documentation.\n 
- Collating capability and learning data from various sources into a central repository.\n 
- Preparing general correspondence and reports related to Frontline Learning programs.\n 
- Supporting broader Operations and Personnel functions within the Frontline Learning team.\n

******What You Will Need to Succeed*****The successful applicant will demonstrate:*\n

- Australian Citizenship is required.\n

******The Logistics**\n

- 12-month contract with possibility of extension or permanency.\n 
- Hybrid working arrangement.\n 
- Hourly rate of $43.82 + super.\n 
- Opportunities based in Geelong, Adelaide, and Midland.\n
